E! Online is following suit with some interesting tidbits, rumors and items for speculation. See below and comment away!
Q: Could we have some Owen and Cristina scoop for the upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy? And not that the ex-fiancée is coming back, because we're all over that, seriously.
A: Yeah, the ex stirs up a little drama, but Cristina and Owen have the sexiest exchanges in the hospital in Thursday's episode before she shows up. Now, it's not the crazy sex you're dying for, but your heart will melt watching this scene none the less.
In other romance news, Derek gets within an inch of proposing to Meredith Grey, but an urgent phone call from Addison - about, like, her brother Archer's brain tumor - takes precedence and ends that initiative. Priorities, people, priorities!
Q: Any scoop on the fate of Izzie? Is she dying? I hope not. I love her on that show!
A: This week, Izzie (Katherine Heigl) finally gets proactive in figuring out what's wrong with her, using the interns to run every test imaginable without their knowledge. The tests show up clear, but here's the kicker: There may very well have been a mix-up, and Izzie could very well be dying. The good news for you Denny haters? Either way, Denny will be gone for good soon, as Jeffrey Dean Morgan is leaving the show to shoot a new movie with Hilary Swank called Resident.
Q: Is Addison going to hook up with McDreamy?
A: Survey says: No!
Q: Anything on the Private Practice side of the crossover?
A: It turns out Archer's tumor is a lot more serious than anyone imagined. It's not a tumor at all - he has parasites on the brain. Archer refuses treatment until he cannot make the decision for himself, which is when Addison, Archer and Naomi fly off to Seattle.

Dying for Grey's Anatomy spoilers ? You're in luck. Michael Ausiello of EW has just devoted an entire Q&A session to the show!
Below, he discusses Izzie's health, Owen and Cristina, Derek's proposal (or non-proposal), and whether we'll actually see George O'Malley this week ...
Q: How and when is Izzie's "condition" on Grey's Anatomy going to be revealed?
A: Officially, the dead-guy-sexing resident won't be diagnosed for a few more weeks. Unofficially, however, we will get our first clue into what's ailing her at the end of Thursday's episode. There's another twist, yes, but luckily, it's one only an idiot wouldn't see coming. Here's a hint just for those special folks: Izzie isn't anemic.
Q: Is Dr. Bailey going to take over as the head cardio surgeon?
A: While I can't confirm that, I can confirm that she receives some potentially career-altering news.
Q: Do you have any Grey's Anatomy scoop?
A: Thursday's episode, "Beat Your Heart Out," features one of the funniest, all-female group hugs in the show's history. Also, there's a bawdy cafeteria scene that is so quintessentially Grey's Anatomy that it reminded me how much I miss the good, ol' days of the show. Oh, and did I mention the girl-on-girl action? 'Cause there is some!
Q: Anything new on Cristina and Owen?
A: Lots of cheesy, slow-mo, piano-scored interludes will give way to an emotional collapse that is either extremely moving or ridiculously over the top. I haven't made up my mind yet.
Q: Can you help a girl out and give us anything on Cristina and Hunt?
A: This may or may not shed light on the above Grey's Anatomy spoilers, but this week marks the arrival of Laura Allen (Dirt) as a woman from Owen's past.
Q: My wife made me watch all five seasons of Grey's Anatomy, and I have to say I enjoyed every bit of it. My question is: Do you have an update on T.R. Knight? Is he leaving?
A: Nothing official's been decided, but I suspect Thursday's episode may have been the straw that broke the underused actor's back: George is literally on screen for about 10 seconds.
Q: Any Mer-Der news you can share?
A: By the end of this week's episode, I'm pretty sure everyone at Seattle Grace Hospital (patients included) will have seen the ring ... except poor Meredith.

Or at least there is nothing to worry about for long-suffering MerDer lovers, according to brief Grey's Anatomy spoiler tidbit from E! Online this morning ...
Q: I'm tired of hearing about the Addison-Derek kiss! Tell me it's not going to happen. If Meredith and Derek break up over this, I'm out. Shonda Rhimes is a liar.
A: It does appear there is a kiss in the promo, but as I said before, there will be no romance between Addison (Kate Walsh) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey). My source said "your eyes are playing tricks on you." So fear not! And for the love of nonlovers with good hair, keep the pins away from your Shonda voodoo doll, OK?

Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello has an exclusive look at a pivotal scene from Thursday's Grey's Anatomy that will go a long way in answering this multiple choice quiz - Who does Callie open up to about her true feelings for Arizona:
Addison God Addison and God

As Michael Ausiello of Entertainment Weekly points out, the just-released logline for Grey's Anatomy's March 12 episode, "I Will Follow You Into the Dark," reads:
"After learning at a deposition that more of his patients have died than survived, Derek decides to quit, even as Meredith refuses to give up on him. Bailey and the Chief continue to bicker over her peds fellowship - until Adele steps in to mediate - and Izzie's interns discover something unsettling on a 'patient x,' unaware that the charts they're looking at are actually Izzie's."
Did you catch that? Derek decides to quit.
The chances of Dr. Derek Shepherd's resignation sticking are no doubt slim, but still. That's a pretty major twist to give away in a press release, don't you think?
For the record, a Grey's insider assures EW that Patrick Dempsey "is not leaving the show." Theories on why Derek is quitting? How long before he changes his mind?
The rest of the description for the episode is fairly benign, save for the revelation that Adele (Loretta Devine) is returning to mediate the Chief's battle with Bailey.
It also confirms that Izzie's interns discover "something unsettling" about Patient X (Izzie), but that's kind of old news at this point. Very old, in fact. Like this new bit about Derek quitting, Shonda and her cohorts seem to give away everything far in advance

This basically repeats most of the exact spoilers we posted yesterday and in previous weeks, but here's the latest on the Grey's spoiler front from E! today ...
Q: Enough about stupid Izzie already! Any dish on Meredith and Derek who are the whole point of Grey's Anatomy in the first place!?
A: Good news, Mer-Der fans: There's an upcoming ep called "Elevator Love Letter," and you know all of Meredith and Derek's best scenes happen in the elevator! That said, Derek is going to need Mer in the weeks to come - in the next new episode he decides to quit his job after learning exactly how many patients have died under his care. And if you aren't an Izzie fan, you should definitely watch the next episode - the interns diagnose her with something "unsettling." Maybe she just needs a little Pepto-Bismol?
Q: I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but every med student taking neuro right now is going nuts on how textbook Izzie's brain tumor is. Which, while sad, will give us back a little of that beloved Grey's Anatomy drama we all know and love.
A: I'm certainly not one to argue with med students! But I'm also not one to argue with Shonda Rhimes, and she specifically told us "no" when asked if the rumors of Izzie getting a brain tumor were true. See for yourself here. She couldn't have been lying, could she? If you are a Grey's Anatomy viewer who happens to be a med student, doctor and/or brain surgeon (paging McDreamy!), please comment below and give us the skinny. Is Izzie's tumor a lock?

Is Grey's Anatomy giving Meredith another long-lost half-sibling - this one a byproduct of her mother's affair with the Chief?! In the opinion of EW's Michael Ausiello, probably.
Sources have not confirmed this on the record. However, Grey's Anatomy did put out a casting call for a mysterious new recurring role - and here's where it gets intriguing.
The show is looking for male actor who is biracial and in his mid-to-late-20s. The inference Ausiello makes: The Chief and Ellis Grey had a long-lost love child at some point.
According to Ausiello, this new character remains on the table in the show's future. However, Shonda Rhimes has reportedly tabled this until next season of Grey's Anatomy.

The print edition of TV Guide has some interesting tidbits on the next new episode of Grey's Anatomy, "I Will Follow You Into the Dark," airing March 12 ...
"Just when it seems that Derek and Meredith are en the road to happiness, he suffers a breakdown at the hospital. According to an insider, 'We've never seen him this way before, and it has the whole hospital concerned.' Shaken, he decides to resign.
As Derek Shepherd struggles with his issues, Mark Sloan steps in and is awarded the opportunity to perform a rare and delicate face-transplant surgery.
As for Izzie, the time has come to diagnose exactly what's wrong with her and it's not good. You'll be surprised whom she chooses to confide in first."
Also, the magazine's Q&A has the following exchange:
Q: Does T.R. Knight want Grey's Anatomy because he feels dwarfed by Patrick Dempsey?
A: Knight is staying mum, but who wouldn't feel that way? Dempsey's got his own cologne, for goodness sake. But there's another doctor at Seattle Grace who feels so overshadowed by Derek that he is not so affectionately known as "Shadow Shepherd." We'll meet the hospital's No. 2 neurosurgeon, Dr. Nelson (played by 49-year-old Phil Abrams), on March 12

When it comes to the future of Jeffrey Dean Morgan's character, clearly we can't count anything out - but he's as clueless as we are. From E! Online's spoiler chat today:
Q: I can't wait to see Jeffrey Dean Morgan in Watchmen! Will Grey's Anatomy fans like his character in the new movie?
A: Actually, no. Jeffrey says that the Grey's Anatomy fans will be shocked by his Watchmen character, Comedian. He's very unsavory! On coming back to Grey's Anatomy, Morgan says:
"I really don't know. They keep me out of the loop because I'm a talker. They're real careful not to tell me anything. When I was lucky enough to go back there, it was just a thrill to go back."

Michael Ausiello of EW has published his weekly spoiler Q&A, and as usual, it contains a healthy dose of Grey's Anatomy rumors, news and gossip. Let's get to it:
Q: You got anything on the Mer-Der proposal on Grey's Anatomy?
A: Mer not only learns about the engagement ring in next week's episode, but she sees it, too. Unfortunately, the circumstances are less than ideal in both cases.
Q: Please, give me some spoilers regarding Cristina and Owen on Grey's Anatomy. I'll settle for anything!
A: Even if it's a little icky? Okay, you asked for it: Owen's post-traumatic stress disorder will take a turn for the worse when he ends up physically hurting Cristina, albeit unintentionally.
Q: Put my mind at ease and tell me we won't be seeing dead Denny again on Grey's Anatomy.
A: I bring you good news from Jeffrey Dean Morgan. "If they are planning on having me back this season, they’d have to do it awfully fast because I am about to have a major scheduling conflict," Morgan said at Monday's Watchmen premiere. "I'm going to shoot a movie called The Resident with Hilary Swank. It is pretty much Psycho meets Fatal Attraction. I am a guy who becomes obsessed with Hilary’s character. So I don’t see how Denny could make a comeback this season. There's always next season. You know, I trust Shonda [Rhimes], so if she wanted me back, I would do everything possible to get it done. But I think dead Denny played his part. He gave Izzie the warning. In a way, the whole Denny ghost-reaper-angel thing was similar to my experience with fans of Watchmen. People were merciless about both projects on the Internet, and eventually you just have to stop reading and trust your boss and do your best

E! Online's Kristin Dos Santos has some interesting Grey's Anatomy spoilers today, mostly pertaining to the ailing, embattled Izzie Stevens. Let's get right to it:
Q: Is Izzie going to die on Grey's Anatomy?
A: Justin Chambers (Alex) tells us the Grey's Anatomy cast has four more episodes left to shoot of the current season but insists that he and his co-stars are still in the dark as to whether Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight will leave the show. "I really don't know," he said. "I don't think so, but that's kind of between their managers and them, the writers and producers. But we sure love having them on the set. They're great to work with. It's a huge, successful show, and they're a big part of the success. Hopefully they'll stay."
Q: What does Izzie's illness mean for Alex?
A: Um, Emmy? Could be. From what I hear, Alex has some pretty gripping material. "I know that Izzy's not doing well, and so I'm there to support her and hopefully it will all work out," Justin Chambers says. "There are trials and tribulations for all the characters. It's good television."
Q: Does Izzie really have cancer?
A: Grey's Anatomy spoiler alert! This Thursday, the interns discover what's wrong with "Patient X" (who is actually Izzie, or course), and according to Chambers, yes, it's the big dreaded C-word. I've also heard from some of you fans who happen to be members of the medical community, and Izzie's diagnosis doesn't sound pretty. Med student Tamara says: "It's not really a 'textbook tumor.' The Denny hallucinations are way too complex because they involve all five senses. If the disease has anything to do with that mole, then she has a malignant melanoma with brain metastasis, and that's bye-bye Izzie." A second fan who asked to be called simply "MD," agreed: "Izzie appears to have a malignant melanoma with metastasis to the brain." Breaking it down for you, that little mole is cancerous, and it's spread to her brain, and that is most likely lethal.
Q: Any new Grey's Anatomy news?
A: In the second-to-last episode of the season, we'll meet Ronnie, a "heartwarming" trailer-trash woman in her mid-to-late 40s, and the producers only want star names to play the part. Izzie famously grew up in a trailer park. Could this be her mother, come to Seattle to take her ailing daughter home? If so, who do we want to play Izzie's mom?

Kristin of E! Online has some scoop on this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, specifically regarding Drs. Yang and Hunt. Here's what she has to say ...
Q: It sounds like Cristina is going to have a difficult week this week on Grey's Anatomy. Is Owen going to be around to offer her a little support, or are we going to have to wait another week for any moments between these two?
A: Yep, Sandra Oh gets show off her superduper acting mojo this week, as previewed in the sneak preview of "Stand By Me" we posted Friday. She's the only keeper of Izzie's secret, which she has to deal with the exact same week she gets her first solo surgery. As for Owen, we'll get a preview of the future of their relationship based on how he handles this crisis with Cristina...

Despite yet another setback delaying the Derek-Meredith engagement, Zap2it's Korbi Ghosh insists that McDreamy will bounce back and pop the question:
Q: That Derek-Meredith scene on last week's Grey's Anatomy? Did NOT like it. I knew the show would never let the proposal actually happen. What the hell!
A: I like your passion, but Derek will propose. Soon. I promise.

A little Grey's Anatomy spoiler item from TV Guide today ...
Q: The best part of Grey's Anatomy for me this season has been the sexy pairing of Lexie Grey and Mark "McSteamy" Sloan. What's ahead for the sizzling duo?
A: More sexy. More pairing. More sizzling. In other words, a source tells me you'll get more of the stuff you like as this dark-horse couple keep on keeping on, led in large part by Mark Sloan's full embrace of a committed relationship. The bigger question down the pike: Will they get to such a place that Lexie will introduce Mark to her returning father?

With an all-new Grey's Anatomy on tap tonight and another next week, Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello seeks to whet our collective appetites with these spoilers.
Will Derek ever pop the question - and when, and where? Will Cristina be hurt by Owen? And how long will Izzie's condition be kept under wraps? Let's get to it, shall we ...
Q: What is up with this supposed marriage that will take place at the end of the season on Grey's Anatomy? I'm assuming that a Meredith and Derek wedding would be too rushed.
A: You know what they say about people who assume: They make an a out of ss and ume. I hear Der will finally propose to Mer in the March 26 episode titled "Elevator Love Letter" (gee, I wonder where he pops the question?), so, assuming she accepts, that gives the happy couple about seven weeks to pull something together. That's more than enough time, no?
Q: This is my first time asking a question, so, for the sake of a newbie's sanity, could you please give a good Grey's Anatomy spoiler on Cristina and Owen?
A: Sorry, but the hazing section of the AA bylaws state that all virgin question-askers must be given an ugly, painful spoiler their first time out. With that in mind, remember me telling you that Owen's PTSD would cause him to physically harm Cristina? Well, that little scratch last week wasn't it. The violence I was referring to comes next week when Owen strangles the you-know-what out of her.
Q: How long will Izzie's condition remain a secret on Grey's Anatomy?
A: Not long. Loose-lipped Cristina blabs all to Bailey and Alex right before she performs her first solo surgery. BTW, can anyone explain why Izzie chose to confide in Cristina and not George? I mean, aside from the obvious: It would've required giving T.R. Knight something to do.

you know. The show's most intriguing couple's hasn't yet done the deed. Can we expect them to anytime soon? Let's hear what TV Guide says in its spoiler Q&A ...
Q: Any dish on Grey's Anatomy's most interesting couple, Cristina and Owen? Any chance of them hitting the sheets soon?
A: "Interesting" is pretty much how Kevin McKidd summed up his Grey's Anatomy romance when he dropped by on Tuesday. Calling the docs' courtship "kind of cool," the Scotsman said, "They're probably more in love than a lot of people on the show, and yet they haven't actually consummated their relationship."
Why are they waiting to do the deed, violent PTSD outbursts aside?
Says Kevin McKidd, "They both know deep down that this isn't just [about] a quickie in the on-call room ... so they're holding out for the correct set of circumstances."
As for when said moment might arrive, I will say this: sooner than you think.

Entertainment Weekly's amazing Michael Ausiello has some Grey's Anatomy spoilers for us in his weekly spoiler Q&A. Here's what he has to say about a number of hot topics ...
Q: Do you have any awesome scoop on what's ahead on Grey's Anatomy?
A: The Grey's Anatomy wedding taking place in the show's 100th episode on May 7? Turns out it's not Mer-Der after all! The plot thickens!
Q: Any news on whether T.R. Knight will get a story this season on Grey's Anatomy?
A: Remember me telling you last month about a proposed storyline that would find O'Malley developing an interest in Owen's specialty as a military/trauma doc? You know, the one ABC insisted had been scrapped and replaced with something even better?
Well, my colleague, Jennifer Armstrong, just spoke to Kevin McKidd (Owen Hunt), and the new story sounds a lot like the old one ...
"Hunt [will start to] see something in George that no one else has," McKidd revealed. "There's an event that happens and [Hunt] realizes there's a lot more to him... that he has a set of skills that maybe he isn't even aware of. Hunt starts to mentor him in a way that gets really interesting."
Translation: My initial theory about Shonda Rhimes having George join the military and go off to Iraq as a way of accommodating Knight's departure is so happening. Right?
Q: Will Cristina and Owen hit the sheets anytime soon on Grey's Anatomy?
A: Let's ask Kevin McKidd. "A lot happens this week," he said. "I think they’ve drawn that one out a lot, and I know people are getting frustrated. I think it’s good because they've really connected on a mental and emotional level. And now I think it's time they connect physically

Are Cristina and Owen over for good after last week's amazing episode, or is there a chance the couple may find itself back together despite the increasingly difficult odds?
According to E! Online's spoiler Q&A, the Grey's Anatomy fifth season finale features two characters at a military recruiting office. That's an intriguing development.
Is Owen leaving Cristina and Seattle Grace for another enlistment in the U.S. Army?! Could it instead be George leaving Seattle, with Owen with him there for support?

We spent a lot of time theorizing on Mer and Der, Owen and Cristina, and of course George and Izzie, but what's ahead for the Grey sisters on Grey's Anatomy?
You know how when sad dad Thatcher Grey swings by Seattle Grace, he almost always stirs up some sort of trouble or angst, TV Guide accurately notes today.
But amazingly, his April 30 visit will apparently bring Meredith and Lexie closer together. That would be nice. How do you think his visit will accomplish that?
