Creator Reveals New Footage of 'Heroes' Season 3
As reported before, Tim King revealed that Heroes volume 3 will focus on the bad guys and will show how they get together and rise up to destroy the earth, just like what the good guys did to save the world in the first season. In line with this, fans can expect, many villains to surface when the NBC science fiction series returns for a new season.
Warning: Massive spoilers ahead.
During the recent Jules Verne Festival, show creator Tim Kring and Jeph Loeb presented some footage, which is part of the upcoming new episodes of Heroes. The footage kicks off by summing up the tail end of volume 2, where Nathan Petrelli (Adrian Pasdar) gets shot, Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman) leaves his family to go back to work for Bob (Stephen Tobolowsky) and The Company, and Sylar (Zachary Quinto) gets his powers back.
Based on the footage, Elle (Kristen Bell) has an encounter with Sylar and she tells him that she's not scared of him, to which Sylar asserts that she should be since he's a psychopathic killer. Elle, on the other hand, retorts that it "takes one to know one."
Also in store for Heroes season 3 are the changes that lie ahead for Angela Petrelli (Christine Rose), who has moved into a powerful role at The Company. It has also been revealed that Level Five, one of The Company's prison areas where the most dangerous and powerful killers are detained, gets breached.
There's also a scene in which most of the major Heroes are all dead. Described by Noah Bennet like “12 Sylars running free,” the shots shows Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) as a corpse in a pool of blood, Hiro (Masi Oka) has been pinned to the wall with his own sword, lifeless and Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg) has his throat torn open.
As for Niki, she won't be coming back given that another alter ego will take over Ali Larter's character, and it won't be Jessica. Hiro's sworn nemesis, Adam (David Anders), is also expected to return for Heroes season 3, which will most likely come back in the fall.

Mohinder loses his voice
according to Ausiello, Mohinder Suresh’s job as the show’s narrator may just have been outsourced — to an Aussie, of all people.
Says Ausiello about the potential Season 3 change-up:
“Someone may be moving in on Mohinder’s narrator turf. Tim Kring is said to be seeking an Australian Aboriginal actor in his fifties to appear in multiple episodes as a storyteller with great wisdom and a soft, soothing voice.”
Mohinder’s voiceovers is one of the show’s constants — why change it up now? Is Mohinder going somewhere?

Adrian Pasdar & Milo Ventimiglia interview
Heroes star Adrian Pasdar has dismissed fan criticism of the show’s second season.
The actor, who plays politician Nathan Petrelli, said the shortened second run would “make sense” in the grand scheme of the show. Creator Tim Kring had previously conceded that several plotlines were too long-winded and had underserved the audience.
“We had to get through that to get to where we’re going to go this year,” Pasdar told DS. “I think we’ve found our footing again.”
Co-star Milo Ventimiglia said that his character - Nathan’s all-powerful brother Peter - would be a walking dichotomy in season three. “I think Peter’s going to be exploring many sides to his psyche,” he said. “You’re going to see a side of him that you’re going to love and embrace, and you’re going to see a side of him that you’re going to hate.”

Thanks to Kristin -Eonline-
I can tell you this doozy of a spoiler: Sylar slices open the head of the person you may consider the show’s biggest star! That happens within the first two episodes and we also learn exactly what he does once Sy-baby pops the lid on our heroic pals, so let’s just say that there is plenty to look forward to early on in season three. They are putting some big plot points and answers in motion, from what I hear.

Flying Man Reveals Us Some Great Spoilers For Season 3!
March 10, 2008
This weekend on March 8th at MegaCON in Florida fans were able to get the chance to meet Adrian Pasdar ( Nathan) He talked about everything - season 2, season 3, cast, politics. Apparently, he was really chatty and spoilerific, fans liked him very much! Continue reading if you really want to. Spoilers
* Nathan will have a lot of scenes with Claire next season, and him being a ‘father’ will be really important.
* There will be a lot of the Petrelli dynamic in season three especially egards to Nathan and Peter and Angela - trying to bring her back from evil! I think Adrian said she was the “Queen-Bee of the Darkside” or something.
That’s something!
* He mentioned a ‘theoretical’ scenario for how season two really ended. He was like “the clues were all there for what really happened”. He posed the scenario that Nathan wore a vest - and either knew the attack was coming or he planned it himself. The guy who was leading the Q&A mentioned that he used the word ‘vest’ twice and Adrian started laughing.

More Heroes Spoilers? Yes Please
April 10, 2008
There are currently two new recurring roles that NBC is trying to cast for the Season 3 premiere:
* Joy is in her early twenties and described as “quick on her feet — and adept at getting herself into and out of trouble.”
* Senator Robert Malden, meanwhile, is in his fifties and a political straight shooter.
David Anders (Kensei) confirmed that he will be one of main villains in season 3.
* “I believe so, yeah. I hope so. I know I’m going to be in one of the first six so … .” A“But after that, it’s called ‘Villains,’ and I am an uber-villain.”
Villains we curently know are Adam, Angela Petrelli (Christine Rose), 12 new characters still to be revealed and also someone that Anders feels he would struggle to live up to: the infamous power-snatching Sylar (Zachary Quinto).
* Jared Ward will portray Officer Mckinzie in the first episode of the third season. [ IMDb ]
Christine Rose ( Angela) has put in a great deal of thought into the back story of Angela Petrelli and believes that her relationship with Linderman (Malcolm McDowel) and Kaito Nakamua (George Takei) goes a lot farther than anyone else knows.
* “I just decided Nathan was my son with him [McDowell], and Milo [] from Arthur [Petrelli]. We all met at Woodstock, done acid and became heroes. Hiro is my child with Kaito cause I think there is something there.”
* Eriko Tamura has confirmed that she will play as Yaeko again when the show returns, in present!

Spoilers: Heroes Season 3 and the Butterfly Effect
April 24, 2008
Heroes Season 3Heroes Director Allan Arkush was recently interviewed by TVGuide. He provided us with some great news and spoilers about Season 3. Here’s what we have learnt ( there were some stuff I already mentioned in previous posts) :
* In Season 3 there will be some huge surprises. One change viewers will notice is a new series regular.
* We’ll learn more about Angela & Kaito relationship ( Hiro – their child? )
* It will be very clear who are the season 3 villains. Also, there will be a lot of Sylar scenes.
* We will learn more about the very nature of these powers — where they come from, who has them, what the different aspects are of how they each got their powers and how it affects them.
* The actual genetic essence of the powers is going to be a major storyline this year.
And the most interesting part of the interview in my opinion…
* Every time you change something, every time you step on a butterfly, you could be changing the flow of the universe. That’s the chaos theory and that’s one of the things this season is about.

Spoilers: New Volume 3 Villain
May 2, 2008
According to Kristin, new character named as Joy will be new a new villain. Here’s what she says:
Look for a new villain named Joy. Her power is superspeed—she’s lightning-fast, like the Flash. Hiro meets her in a museum. He asks her if she has powers and if she is trying to steal some art. She convinces him she’s on the up-and-up…and then makes off with a bunch of paintings. She’s described as a nymph-like character with the speed of a cheetah on, er, speed.
Can Hiro quint faster than she can run? Is it possible that in time it takes for Hiro to pause time she is long gone?
Update: Brea Grant will play her role.

Brea Grant Joins Heroes Cast
May 5, 2008
Brea Grant heroes picturesAccording to TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello an actress named Brea Grant is joining the cast of Heroes next season. Her power is super speed - lightning-fast, like the Flash. She’s a real trouble maker, described as one of the villains in season 3.
Before landing this role on Heroes, she starred in three episodes of NBC’s Friday Night Lights as Jean Binnel. She also guest starred in a recent episode of Cold Case and appeared in a few movies.
More on casting [ via TVGuide ]
“Sources confirm to me exclusively that the enchanting Brea Grant — who made quite the impression as Landry’s short-lived rebound girl on Friday Night Lights — is joining the cast of Heroes next season as The Speedster.
As you’ll recall, last month I reported that Heroes was casting the role of Joy, who’s “quick on her feet — and adept at getting herself into and out of trouble.”

Season 3 Spoilers: Jack Coleman Interview
May 2, 2008
Jack Coleman gave a short interview with TV Guide where he talked about characters in season 3 and their new roles:
About Noah Bennett
I’m currently incarcerated and at the bottom of Level Five in the company facility.” “I think there may be an escape in the offing, but at a cost.” Surprisingly, Noah might not be considered one of the villains at the forefront of the upcoming season. “I think I’m probably more likely to be hunting them.”
About Hiro
“He’s firmly planted in Yakamoto Industries now,” says Coleman. “I think Hiro’s more the guy who starts out wealthy and comfortable and is very unhappy taking over his father’s business and needs the quest. That’s his destiny.”
About Claire
“She’s trying to use what she has for a greater good rather than just blend in and be anonymous.”
About Mohinder
“He’s not as mild-mannered as he once was.”

Whole Bunch of Heroes Clues and Spoilers
Bellow you can read some Heroes clues and spoilers about the upcoming season. The first spoiler is a big one, maybe the only one worth of mentioning, others were taken mostly from interviews with the cast crew.
Zachary Quinto ( Sylar )
Sylar slices open the head of the person you may consider the show’s biggest star! That happens within the first two episodes and we also learn exactly what he does once Sy-baby pops the lid on our heroic pals, so let’s just say that there is plenty to look forward to early on in season three.
In the season 2, there was not this sense of unity, but now we are going back to that. There will be more than one Villain, you do not necessarily know who they are … There will be a lot of things “under the surface”.
Lucky because of strike and did not miss any of the filming and says season is off to a “very dark” start with “Villains”
Jessalyn Gilsig ( Claire’s mom Meredith )
She is reprising her role as Claire’s white-trash mom for five episodes next season.
Ali Larter (Nikki/Jessica)
Scripts are incredible, will bring together some characters you might not expect
Jack Coleman (HRG)
Def. darkness and action. Like HRG good and bad, other characters will be going down the same type of dilemma. Looks “great” and thinks Claire will take a more proactive stance.
Masi Oka (Hiro)
Would take something significant for Hiro to turn bad
Anyone can be a Villain, each of us there is a Villain and a hero, it all depends on the party which manifests itself. So you never know.
Hiro inherited the company his father and is not happy about this situation.
He met his enemy No. 1, Daphne, The Speedster.
Season 1 was brilliant because it would quickly progressed intrigues and answered the questions quickly and with the season 3, we will return to that.
Milo Ventimiglia (Peter)
First few scripts are “incredible”, adding villains going to be more “dynamic”
We all have a bright side and a dark side, it is part of human nature.
In the second season, Peter had lost in the third season it is not quite itself.
In the first season, I kept saying to the producers: “We need Peter grow, it must grow …” and towards the end that is what happened, it was a little more responsible, finally took its destiny in hand and in the third season is “Go my guys finished it, sends up!” As you I wanted to hit him sometimes …
Adrian Pasdar (Nathan)
People who seem to be good are not who they expect, will focus on “darker” side.
What about his return? It will take more than two bullets in the chest to get rid of me, we are in heroes after all. I can not tell you why and how but it will be treated very quickly, early in the season 3, in fact one takes everything after the events of the season 2.
