As for season four, according to Emily Deschanel, as far as she knows the season premiere is just going to be Booth and Bones together in London, with the squints back at the Jeffersonian doing research.

Grayson "Birimbau" Barasa, aka Angela's husband, finally surfaces. He doesn't want to sign the divorce papers, claiming that he still loves Angela. She told him that she now loves Hodgins but Birimbau doesn't want to listen. He reminds her of the night they met and how they both felt in the hope that Angela's love for him comes back. Later, Hodgins meets with Birimbau at a diner to have him sign the papers. Birimbau tells Hodgins that he has been looking for Angela for the past four years and that he even built her a house in Florida so there is no way he will let her go without a fight. Angela and Sweets meet Hodgins and Birimbau outside of the diner. Hodgins and Birimbau start to fight and Sweets joins in on the action before Angela walks off. One of the London folks Brennan and Booth interact with is Inspector Cate Pritchard.

Speaking at a press conference last week, Hanson explained that network Fox was looking to air two-hour season premiere specials for shows in its Autumn line-up.
He said: "We worked out a story that seemed to work only in England. Once the network saw the outline they got on board. I'm shocked because the exchange rate is brutal here for us!"
The premiere, which has filmed in locations at Wrotham Park, Greenwich, Canary Wharf and the Guildhall, will see Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) attempt to solve the murder of an American girl.
Hanson explained: "It has a slight Upstairs, Downstairs aspect to it, with servants and royalty and the class system. An heiress with an American father is yanked from the Thames in her Range Rover.
"Brennan and Booth are here lecturing. Booth is lecturing at Scotland Yard and Brennan is lecturing at Oxford about working with cops. The murder happens... the FBI would have jurisdiction over it if Scotland Yard invited them."
402 - Yanks in the UK-Part 2
403 - The He in She
5/21
Two hippies fish out a skeletonized wrist. Cam, Booth, Brennan and a grad student go to the scene to investigate. The lab is using some of Brennan's brighter grad students until they hire a permanent Forensic Anthropologist. In this episode, grad student Vincent Juarez is working along the team. Brennan doesn't seem happy with this tasking and sends Vincent back to the lab even if Cam brought him along. Vincent also has a hard time around Cam because he makes lame jokes and uses familiar terms that will not please Brennan. At first, the team believes the body is that of a female, 40-year-old Patricia Ludmuller. Further investigation proves that Patricia was born a male. Brennan and Booth still have therapy sessions with Sweets. Hodgins and Angela also appear.
404 - The Man in the Outhouse
405 - The Finger in the Nest
7/06
Booth brings to the Smithsonian a finger that Parker found in a bird's nest. The team, along with "grad of the week" 40-year-old Scott Starret, study it to find answers. Scott is Brennan's oldest grad student, the father of four boys, and had many jobs before this, including parks supervisor and car salesman. Booth enlists Sweets help to make sure that Parker isn't stressed for life after having found the finger. Turns out Parker is traumatized but not from the finger. Hodgins opens up to Scott and tells him about his latest problems: best friend (Zach) in jail, his relationship with Angela going south, etc. Cam also appears.
406 - The Crank in the Shaft
6/23
Can you confirm the Bones gossip that there will be a kiss between our favorite non-couple in the Season 4 episode "Crank in the Shaft"? — Magali
Mickey: I can neither confirm nor deny the buzz — else risk penalty of death — but I will cryptically say this: It's best not to focus on this one episode in particular. There are lots of surprises planned for this season.
7/13
A leg is found in an elevator so Booth, Brennan and Cam go to the scene. Back at the lab, the team is assisted by "grad of the week" Colin Fisher, a depressed man in his mid-20s who has a pierced lip and wears black nail polish. Hodgins tries to avoid Angela. The latter asks Brennan for suggestions on how to act around Hodgins. Angela eventually turns to Sweets for help. Booth tries to get Cam to write him a doctor's note so he can get a nifty new office chair.
407 - The Perfect Pieces in the Purple Pond

Question: Do you have any Bones scoop for me? — Gerri
Ausiello: Get used to the name "Vincent Juarez." I suspect we may be seeing a lot of him next season. He's one of Dr. Brennan's brighter grad students and he'll be joining the Squints until Brennan can find a new full-time forensic anthropologist. The yet-to-be-cast character loves to lighten the mood in the lab, but he definitely thinks he's funnier than he actually is. In other words, it's Nicholas Brendon's role to lose. In related news, does anyone know why Bones would be looking for a new full-time forensic anthropologist? Hmmm….

Question: You can't just leave me hanging as to why Bones is looking for a new full-time forensic anthropologist. Who's leaving? — Katie
Ausiello: Actually, I just double-checked the Ask Ausiello rulebook, and I can leave you hanging. Not only that, but I can even heighten your anxiety if I want. Which reminds me: Did I tell you about the two deaths coming up? One of them occurs in the May 12 episode, the other in the May 19 season finale.

Question: Do you have any Bones scoop? — Gerri
Ausiello: I'm trying to think of something that's bigger than the kiss and the two deaths I just told you about. Oh, here's something: There's a very good chance that the fourth-season premiere will air on Aug. 26 and be two hours long. And that's not the best part. No, the best part is waiting for you in this week's Ausiello Report vodcast!

Question: Are Booth and Brennan going to do any more kissing this season on Bones? — S.W.
Ausiello: Probably not this season. But next season? You betcha. Exec producer Hart Hansen confirms that the two Bs will "definitely" lock lips for real sometime in Season 4. "I figure, we're going into [our fourth season]," he says, "and we've had the fake kiss. So we need to go to the next step." At this rate, I'm guessing the rest of their relationship will unfold thusly:
Season 5: Sex
Season 6: Marriage
Season 7: Baby Bones
Season 8: Sarah Michelle Gellar turns up as Booth's never-before-seen demon-hunting ex. Question: Are Booth and Brennan going to do any more kissing this season on Bones? — S.W.

Ausiello: Good question. It actually might not be. Shortly after AA went live last week, a Bones insider e-mailed me to say, "There are actually two casualties coming up — only one of which leads to death." My mole's tip was all but confirmed by co-star Eric Millegan at TV Guide's Sexiest Stars Party. Actually, Millegan had a lot to say about this season's final two episodes (airing May 12 and 19), paying specific attention to the fate of his character, Zack, and the evil Gormogon. He's heeere...Inside sources tell me that the producers of Fox's Bones have cast an actor to play Angela's long-lost husband. Click in to find out which guy got the extremely great gig of canoodling with Michaela Conlin on a regular basis.
I'm told that Sean Blakemore (you can IMDb him here) will be playing Grayson Birimbau, the superperfect über-mensch (kind and brilliant, and hot and rich to boot) who met Angela one hot night in Fiji and persuaded her to become his wife (even if just for that one hot night).
Way back in April, Bones creator Hart Hanson told WWK, "We're gonna find the best guy in the world for Angela. Whoever we finally cast, Jack has to be completely and utterly cowed when this guy finally walks in."
And at the Asian Excellence Awards the lovely Ms. Michaela herself told E! that the producers were looking at Djimon Hounsou as the prototypical Birimbau. (I guess Kimora Lee was keepin' him busy living life in her Fab Lane on E!)
What do you think? Did they hit close to the Djimon Hounsou mark? And more importantly, what will the introduction of Birimbau mean for Angela's love affair with Dr. Jack Hodgins (T.J. Thyne)? Are they ever going to be able to disentangle this mess and tie the knot themselves?
