Welcome back to the land of the living, where Ben is to be judged.

So ummm i'm a bit on the fence with this one. The flashbacks were great, from young Ben right after Kate and Sawyer delivered him, to meeting younger Widmore, to the meeting of Rosseau and little Ethan, to the exile of Widmore from the island because of his off-island adventures (having a baby Penny with an outsider) to the confrontation of Desmond. That scene had me on the edge of my seat. The island stuff was alright though, Ben and Locke had some funny awkward moments. Then the end where smokey judges him. It ties into Yemi and Eko where Eko had to confess his sins leading to his eventual death. Smokey then letting him go was cool, then the Alex scene came and it was a bit awkward, but still intriguing. Overall I give it a B.

I wanted to see something significantly crazy happen. Like baby Charlie gettin shot. That's a damn gutsy thing to do, but man Desmond would be in a rage. Anyways Charlotte have you seen this?

I totally forgot to post LOOL Well i really enjoyed this episode, it certainly answered a lot like how he got the French lady's kid and the fact Widmore wanted her to be killed... It also showed how nice Ben was and how he was willing to be her dad and he wasn't like forced into being that father role by this people. I always wanted to know why Widmore left, now we know he was banished, but why? New question. Jeffy you were right about the Penny thing, even though it was fucking obvious Ben went after her, but i don't get why he asked Sun to apologize to him if she ever got off... shouldn't you apologize if you did something wrong to that person? He didn't, he scared her yes but she didn't actually cause her harm. Smokey was awesome in this episode, that was such an ace part of this episode how it summoned up Ben's daughter and she told him to follow Locke's orders... i was like, woahhh. Its certainly leading to something good is this story, especially now they know what Kate, Jack, Sawyer, Juilet, Jin, Hurley, faraday and the chinese dude, forgot his name... are stuck in the 1970's. While i was watching this, my dad brought up a good point. He said "I thought only the Dharma people have submarines..." So i said. "Ben's most likely killed them all because Ben was pushing his daughter on a swing where the Dharma people lived.." So has Ben killed Jack and the rest? Interesting!

I thought the casting of a young Widmore was done very very well. He sounded like him and had the same composure as him when he walked in on little Ben. Well done with that part. Also the whole judgment thing was cool.

He didn't, he scared her yes but she didn't actually cause her harm. He did wrong. He went there to kill her, he was going to do it til he saw the baby, so yeah he owns her an apologize, and even that is not enough.

Yes but, Widmore actually had someone kill his daughter, so technically he shouldn't apologize seen as Ben didn't go threw with his plan to kill Penny. I'd be still mad with Widmore and blaming him for the death of my daughter if i was Ben.

He's sorry to Desmond, probably not Widmore. He has issues with Widmore and his people, maybe after he saw the child, and learned that Penny has nothing to do with her father he realized he made a mistake. Which is suprising for Benjamin Linus.

^^ He clearly said, tell Charles Widmore I'm sorry. Not Desmond.
Even if he did realize after he saw the child, and learned that Penny has nothing to do with her father, he still shouldn't say sorry to Widmore. He hasn't done anything to apologize for!
I don't know why, but its just annoyed me lol I know I'm right, you cant sway me on this one!

OK. I can't wait for your, damn you. lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/Dead_is_DeadThe Monster doesn't appear, and Locke tells Ben that they need to go to find it. Ben claims that he does not know where the Monster lives, but Locke tells him that he does. Ben and Sun follow Locke to the Temple walls. Locke then reveals that they are going to be entering through a hole in the earth. They do so, though Sun remains outside. Before Ben enters, he tells Sun that, if she might leave the Island, she should find Desmond and tell him that he is sorry. When Sun asks for what, Ben tells her that Desmond will understand.
