Chuck, Friday Night Lights and Southland FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS "unfortunately doesn't have the ratings" to earn it a slot on the fall line-up. It's been pushed to next summer.
SOUTHLAND is going to trim down the subplots and focus mainly on Regina King & Ben McKenzie.CHUCK: "It is something we can move around...but right now, it is not scheduled to come back on until March." Discussions still to be had about CHUCK. 13-episode pickup. Source: TV Tango Live Blogging

Chuck - Summer programming As we already know, our favorite super sleuth is not back until March and for now it's only scheduled for 13 episodes. But President of Primetime Entertainment for NBC and Universal Media Studios Angela Bromstad said they have already seen three or four scripts and loves where the show is going creatively. So, if a back nine is picked up, they are considering an even longer season (yay!), which could run into their summer programming. For now though, that's all just blabber around the studio.
