Here are some short interviews with Bill, Jodi and the Knep. Some itty-bitty spoilers, but not really anything you have to be affraid to hear. I will say that when Rob was asked for one reason to watch Season 4, he said, "episode 2." Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......exciting!

That was one of the best interviews I've heard!! I love them! I'm not a big fan of Gretchen, but I do love Jodi. She seems like a really down-to-earth person who would be a blast to hang out with.

I just assumed she wasn't a stern vegan, and she kinda adjusts to her surroundings as needed. I loved it when she said " the national bird in texas is Cow" ;D ;D ;D

I think she was just making an observation about how hard it is to get a vegan meal in Texas, but I don't think she's vegan. Speaking as a vegetarian living in a town of 600....its a pain in the ass, but never impossible.
That "national bird of Tx" thing made me laugh too. I grew up in Houston, and she's right.

i thought maybe she meant she was vegan but she had to give it up while she was in texas...? but maybe your right and she was just saying that as an example...

Did you really? I used to live there for a little while back when I was in high school. It's wasn't really Houston Houston though, it was The Woodlands which is about 40 minutes away but I still went to the city all the time. We missed each other

I think it depends on WHY she doesn't eat meat. If its health reasons, she may cheat every now and then. But for ethical reasons, probably not. Ethics are not as fluid.

We missed each other I was in Spring, so not Houston Houston either. And then I was there a lot in College too, because I went to Texas A&M. What's even sicker is that I lived about 20 minutes away from Went when he was going to Princeton...sigh. I even visited Princeton while he was there. My timing is all wrong!! I missed you both!!

Your surroundings does change you. everyone has to adapt to the society they are living in. For her it was Texas, a very meat oriented place. For me its been organic central. Not that I have anything wrong with the organic food its just when you are surrounded by organic yogurt , which to me DOES NOT taste nearly half as good as the bad for you non organic yogurt, you hurt. And If I can change, anyone can.
