^^Very true!! All along I was assuming Allison From Palmdale was John's new girlfriend, but her name is Riley. So now I'm thinking that Allison is the human version of Cameron....the person she was made to look like. Can't wait to find out!

hmmm that could be true, I never thought of that, imagine Arnold meeting himself in the movies and realizing that there's a terminator with his face on it? LOL

It was really different than all other eps....very unique. Cameron gets scarier with each episode. She's really malfunctioning, and I don't think John will tell Sarah.

OK so I'm not quite sure I got this episode... Allison is the human version of Cameron, that is, the actual person they made her by. Sort of like Cameron's mold, right? Ok... now Allison appeared to be with the resistance and she seemed to be very protective of John.... Maybe she was John's girlfriend?? Obviously, Cameron's intentions at the time of those flashforwards weren't good, but it could be that John re-programmed HER specifically because she looked like Allison and maybe he loved her or something... Well that's what I think!!
Now, why did Cameron thought she was Allison for a while? Some of Allison's memories are obviously still there, right? She felt emotion too, because she cried during the session with the therapist. So there is some "heart" in her... right??
This is really really confusing, but I loved the episode. It was awesome!!

This was a very very confusing episode. The future part made sense. Cameron was still with the machine army, obviously when she went to the resistence, John must have reprogrammed her. It was funny when she called her house, the mother of Allison was still pregnant. I love time travel stuff. But I think in the future, the machines created a terminator to look like her to infiltrate the camp, that has to have been obvious. Instead of killing John, they must have restrained her, reprogrammed her and brought her back to the present. Judging by her age, 16, the time that occurred was around 2024. In the movies they usually show the future at 2029. So they haven't even sent Kyle, Arnold, or any of the other terminators from the movies back yet...the Cameron acting like Allison was confusing, why did she suddenly change back at the end? Weeird

^^ I don't get why she had Allison's memories and feelings inside of her.

Yeah, this episode made my brain hurt. But I love complicated stuff that leaves you hanging...maybe I'm just a masachist or something. I think they incorporated all of Allison's thought processes into the terminator to make her more human...like they downloaded Allison's brain into Cameron's chip somehow. But they probably didn't count on Cameron becoming more and more human. She's starting to feel, and this is probably bringing up emotions that belonged to Allison. Or maybe those emotions and memories were always there in Cameron, but she never understood them. And I think the chip is malfunctioning because she goes from being Cameron to Allison and back to Cameron like she can't control her thoughts.
Its very confusing but we will see next week I hope. I really hope they don't make us wait to find out because we may never get to if the show gets yanked.

my cousin and i were discussing this episode, we were saying that her chip was damaged from the explosion and never fully repaired. Thats why when in 2 episodes ago, they were in the factory, she was having trouble thinking of a plan, it was the chip still messed up

Oh, that makes so much sense!! Why didn't I think of that? lol yeah and that made more sense to me after we discussed it. The chip could have confussed her and given her some ability of human emotion. I still don't get the whole emotion thing. I like how in T2 Arnold was a fatherfigure to John, but he couldn't replicate feelings. At the end he understood them but knew he would never be able to have such emotion. I still think no matter how much the show wants to give her emotion, they should stop just short of her actually having some, or it won't be the same and hopefully this is the only episode where that occurs

^^I think she's been progressively getting more human. But its really slow, and I don't think she could ever really feel like human. I like that she has a little of both, though. She's definitely still very much a robot....the way she'll tilt her head and have that completely blank look in her eyes. I think its in next weeks preview where Sarah says something like "we should blow his head clean off" and Cameron does that blank look and says, "It can be reattached." ;D

lol i never saw next weeks preview, but yeah, there should be a fineline between understanding human behaviour and making her out to be a real human. Thats the idea of terminators after all. No matter how you cut it, they should never have any human instincts in them, but they should be able to understand it at least. That's why i was disappointed when they showed her cry and all. We will see what happens though, if its not getting axed

I think those were Allison's tears, not Cameron's...but yeah, hopefully we'll see.
