Alias is very much like PB in the fact that there is a story that moves forward. It isn't serialized. here is the intro to the first season so you can get a gist of the show.. Sorry if I am nagging a bit but I am pretty sad when it comes to Alias..Amy and Wendy this preview will give you the gist of the show, well sort of, so you can see if its something you would like to watch. ohh me likey! What i'd tell you

This isn't technically about Alias, but its awsome if you loved Alias...or if you loved X-files like me. I'm excited about this show!!!!!!! April 09 'Fringe' Looks to Be an Out and Out 'Alias' Reunion "Lost" producer Jeff Pinker has just signed on to produce "Fringe," a new show from J.J. Abrams. Pinker worked alongside Abrams on "Alias." It's not just the two of them: "Alias" veterans Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman are also part of the "Fringe" team. So what's the deal with this show? It sounds an awful lot like "The X Files" at first blush: an FBI agent investigates paranormal activity with some scientists and...well, yeah, aliens and stuff? But Joshua Jackson, one of the stars of the show, says it's a little more complicated than that:
"'The X-Files' are slightly outside the rest of our experience. Fringe takes the world that we all live in and says, 'All right, so what you know about this cup you don't actually know, because if you look at it from over here, it's something entirely different.' And that will be the thrust of the show: that the physical world that we live in, without the addition of any magic or any supernatural, is far more than we all see it as being."
So, ummm, The Matrix? Kidding! The two hour pilot has a ten million dollar budget, but no premiere date so far. I'll keep you guys posted. tvfilter.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!DB9D137CC0F754C9!25647.entry

woow pbrumbera you really love this show & now I missed season 1 events because now I'm in season 5 & everything had changed Oh yes, I loved this show ..I have only had two shows in my life that I was that obsessed this badly with and those are Alias and PB. and I think I was more obsessed with Alias actually I know it was..People it was bad You can always download the first season and watch it. There's so much back story in the first couple of seasons that will make you appreciate season five WAY more. Also, I tell you, in my honest opinion, the best seasons for Alias were the first three, the last two were so tampered by external factors that they really weren't as good. You will not be disappointed I so LOVE Alias too, it used to come on TV when I was younger and I used to watch it, and then I completely lost track of it. Then when I was sick, my brother got all 5 seasons for me and I watched it on my portable, and I literally finished all 5 in one week, and i've just loved the show since then!! It is SO AWESOME!!

I obviously don't know the character that well because I've only seen 6 episodes, but I think so far that he's not a bad person. I think Sidney is too hard on him.
